Best Lawyer I've ever met

I love Mrs. Chickani and her energy . I was arrested with 4 charges that were trumped up by the police and feeling like I might be screwed. Even was a little depressed after the 1st court date because I hadn't been in any trouble for 17 years and now this. After the 1st court date being that I'm a believer of Christ I said Lord I'm going to trust in you and whatever happens I'm ok with because I know you take care of your children..By the second court date Laina had took on my case and I felt relieved knowing she was a private lawyer and a really good one from what I had heard from people...Soon after we met and she found a mess up on the D.A.s part that would've screwed me if she hadn't of found it . Because of her looking into details that idt that some other lawyers wouldn't have the willingness to do,, Ill be having my charges dismissed ...I thank her many times and she will always be the number one lawyer that comes out of my mouth for anyone needing a good lawyer that cares and fights for you and isn't casual about your case or your life.. Trust her and have faith

Laina Chikhani is an absolute professional. I had a felony weapons charge and also a DUI I was up against. I was afraid and had no grip on the gravity of my case until I hired her to be my lawyer. If she needs any paperwork or anything from you it is to get the best outcome on your case. She will find things and injustices that police will hide or cover up to help in court anything from videos, audio, paper work etc. Since I was a first time offender and a veteran I was able to be admitted into what is called a military deferment program. This allowed me to keep my career along with getting me some needed help that I was afraid to get before. After many hearings and battles she got me into this program. She was a helping hand and saving grace. Believe in her and trust her process you will end up with the best outcome

One of the Best

She has been my attorney for a few years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied my first encounter with her I was looking at a lot of time i mean years she goes to have a meeting with the DA and years turned into a 90 day sentence like the title says one of the best you could ever hope to get

Amazing attorney!!

I was facing the scariest time of my life, never been in trouble by the law and here I was fighting two felony charges assault with a deadly weapon using my vehicle and there were 2 witnesses and 2 victims against ME. She was able to push my case out for a little over a year and we finally had the preliminary hearing she killed it. She made the two victims look like complete fools and I walked away with no felony charges at all!!! she is amazing and comforted me and got me through the hardest scariest year of my life from day one. I highly recommend her you will not regret it!!

1st & Only DUI @ 62!!!

After beating the diagnosis of "diabetes in 2015" and discovering I had it AGAIN, I had drinks, since my brother had one leg amputated, I just couldn't think straight or sleep. He eventually passed away in 2011 from diabetes. And so upon getting arrested I called Laina Chikhani, she is absolutely an amazing attorney scheduling me right away and accepting my case with high hopes of getting some resolution. After a great representation I was put at ease. Simply an amazing attorney!!!!!

Excellent attorney!!

Liana is by far the best representation you could ever ask for if you want someone on your side that is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and experienced. Laina also cares deeply about her clients and making sure she has their best interest in mind at all times. Skill & expertise at its finest

Where do I start.. Having 2 DUI's in less than 6 months was not something I expected to have on my plate. It was something that occurred so sudden & i was afraid of what would happen to me had i not took care of this in the best way possible. Here is where Mrs. Laina Chikhani comes in. Words aren't enough to explain how much she helped me resolve this matter, which i can confidently say wouldn't have been done without her help. On the day of conviction I didn't serve any jail time or community service alternative. I was very stressed out because I had no idea what to expect. Personally I couldn't afford to have anything obstruct my current schedule going to school & working in the midst of this mess I put myself in. I highly recommend Laina!

Laina is amazing! I wanted to get my record expunged for employment reasons. She suggested we get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor then have my record expunged so I would get my rights back. I didn't even know that was possible. She asked me to get some letters of character and all my paperwork saying I had completed everything the court required as part of my original sentence. Once I got everything to her I was on the calendar within a few days. We went to court on November 19th and got everything taken care of. My record had been holding me back for years. I highly recommend Laina she is truly a great person and lawyer.

An amazing lawyer!

Laina is diligent and knows the law in and out! I truly appreciate all the extra effort she put in to fighting my case for me. She not only handled my court in the superior court but also my DMV hearing. Which took a lot of stress off me! She kept me up to date and made sure I fully understood what was going on. She took extra time to meet with me in person and also was flexible about meeting times. Her office is in a great location just blocks from the court house which was an extra bonus! Simply the best!

I hired Laina for a dui and am so thankful I did! She was able to attend all my court dates for me which allowed me to continue working. I was always able to reach her by phone, and I mean her, not a secretary. Hands down the best lawyer I could have asked for! I highly recommend Laina!

Perfection!

First of all thank you. Secondly she is a woman who knows what she is doing. Thirdly it’s your loss because she will get it done! She gives the best specific advice on what will happen, what can happen, what we can do to get it done! She helped me feel calm and relaxed! Even when people would tell me something that bothered me! I would give her a call and she would reassure me everything will be ok and she was correct every time! She is to be trusted! Anyone who knows, knows there are a ton of lawyers! Felony at 50

50 year old female and never been in trouble with the law and now I'm facing a felony. Didn't know where to turn. My husband suggested Yelp. I was searching through all the reviews and one name kept coming up, so I read all the reviews. I e-mailed Laina and she got back to me within 10 minutes. I walked her through what happened and she explained what could happen. I made an apt. to see her within a few days and she explained everything in detail to me. She was very knowledgeable and very sincere on helping me. She didn't ask for any money up front because she was confident she could get the charges dropped. She kept me well informed and at ease the entire time. 2 weeks later and 1 week before my court hearing, she called to tell me everything got dropped. She was amazing and a sweet and kind person. She didn't take advantage and kept her word. She is an amazing attorney and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Laina!!

Personable and Professional!
