Reve Gerardo Bautista

I hired Reve back in May to help me with a dui case. I had to contact her multiple times to get any response. My case ended up getting dropped but not because of her. I told her at least 10 times the date of my dmv hearing and every time she actually did respond she would ask me the date of it again,... which tells me she did not find it important enough to even write down. I found out my case was dropped only because I repeatedly called the district attorney every other day. She had no clue at all that it was dropped. She said she would get my arrest sealed off my record but I have been trying to contact her since June, it is now the end of December and she has not responded at all. Do not hire this scam artist. She will take your money.. the only response I ever got fast from her was when she sent me the non refundable deposit contract! Sad how someone can take advantage of someone when they are at such a low point.. disgusting.

I got into a situation where I was falsely accused of domestic violence. I contacted Reve, we met shortly thereafter, and discussed all my options and what the process would entail. She made sure I was prepared, while also making sure I was just as involved in the trial as she was. Meaning, we bounced ideas off of each throughout the trial, as well as compared notes from each day. In the end I was found NOT GUILTY, but more importantly, I could tell Reve really fought for my innocence, and not only went the extra mile for me, but was extremely passionate in doing so. I would without question recommend Reve to anyone who finds them self in any type of criminal trouble. She will help you figure things out, but in doing so, she will keep it 100 percent real and not just tell you what you want to hear. Lastly, her attention to detail, her knowledge of different legal situations and scenarios, and most importantly, her passion and dedication is unparalleled! I can't thank her enough for all her help over the past year!

Got into a little bit of trouble while visiting Napa's music festival and needed a lawyer fast. I was very pleased with the professionalism and prompt response to my questions and concerns.
