Cary Seth Kletter

I reached out to Cary’ office after wrongfully termintaed by my employer He was very knowledgeable about employment law and motivated for his work. He really gets very assertive when he negotiates settlements. Cary would always explain to me the possible outcomes for my case. He will fight to the end... to get you the best settlement. Cary works from his heart and treats the case as if it is his personal case. He has very high work ethics and will work very hard for his clients. At some times, I was happy with the settlement and willing to accept, but he will discuss with me and go back to my employer’s lawyer and ask for more. Cary is very assertive in negotiating settlement and the results was more than what I was expecting. Cary knows the law very well and very experienced. He is the best. I am very pleased with the outcome.

KLETTER LAW IS AMAZING. I have been at a loss to come up with a worthy review that would do justice (no pun intended) to the amazing job Cary Kletter and Chan Phan did in securing a huge settlement against a former employer. I was referred to Kletter Law by a different attorney who felt my case was o...ut of his firm's scope of expertise. Best decision ever. As it turned out, unbeknownst to me, I was one of a long line of former employees who had, over the years, sued my former employer (David Sturman, owner of Bay Management, Sin City Video and associated companies under his umbrella going under a dozen or more fictitious business names). Few prevailed in COLLECTION because Sturman has everything hidden under names of companies of which he is only listed as 'General Manager', rather than owner (which he, and he exclusively, IS). During arbitration, Sturman and his long time attorney INSISTED that Sturman not be included by name as defendant, but Cary Kletter insisted on suing all associated companies, AND Sturman as well. They laughed at us and agreed, joking that we could get in a long line, and never collect a penny like the rest. A year later, we collected $140,000. Kletter Law found a building in San Mateo under Sturman's name, and using the Sheriff, forced sale of the building to satisfy the settlement, which brought Sturman to his knees, PERSONALLY delivering Cary the check to save his building. I owe Kletter a debt of gratitude that could never be paid, for doing what, realistically, none of us thought was going to happen at times, and what nobody has done before.
