Ever since I was a kid I always rooted for the underdog. Just because one side has the power, money and influence doesn’t mean they should get their way. I represent regular people in cases against insurance companies and thier employers. These are entities with nearly unlimited resources, power and influence. Injured workers often do not know how to navigate a complex insurance bureaucracy that is designed to limit care, costs and compensation so the employer saves money and insurance companies make a profit. People in these scenarios should never go it alone. I fight for regular people who find themselves in difficult if not impossible situations. Best Lawyer

Fantastic Attorney

I highly recommend Peter Gimbel because he achieved a settlement in a year after he took over my representation which was active for 5.5 years before that. Just awesome

I was very hesitant about reaching out to a lawyer as I have had a horrible experience in the past but Peter was referred to me so I went with it. I am so glad I did, Peter was up front and explained everything to me prior to getting started. Yes he did tell me a few things that I may have not wanted to hear but he was just being honest which surprised me considering my past experience with lawyers. He guided me every step of the way, helped me with any questions and bottom line got the job done. Even after the case he would respond to my emails even though there was nothing to gain. Excellent attoney

When I was first injured I tried to navigate through the weeds of Worker's Compensation myself, once I realized I was getting nowhere is when I came upon Mr. Gimbel. What a relief!! Mr. Gimbel and his awesome staff and assistants worked together in guiding me through the red tape that WC is; if it wasn't for him I'd still be at Kaiser waiting on the countless referrals and jumping through the mindless hoops trying to obtain adequate health care and pain management for my injury. This review is way over due. I was referred to Peter half way through my workers comp claim. After months of back and forth with the WC claims adjuster, who made me feel intimidated and made me feel I didn’t have many choices, I retained Peter. He immediately took action, and guided me through every step of this claim. He educated me and made sure I knew what my options and rights were.
