I want to thank Peter Gimbel and most definitely Olga & Jorge & Cynthia ,, I was injured at work back in 2023 and I made the mistake of hiring the wrong lawyer not once but twice . The second Lawyer I hired wanted to settle my case for 25k and I asked her ?,,,Rachelle how many conversations have you ...had with the insurance company because I don't believe you ever had a single conversation with them one time ..And she had not even spoken to them one time . The day came when I went to this so called attorneys office and we did a deposition .. during the entire deposition this lawyer literally said nothing until the very end which amounted to minimal input on her part .. I actually carried the lawyer through the entire deposition ..it was like not having a lawyer at all ... Right then and there I knew I had to fire this so called incompetent person who I wont even refer to as a lawyer anymore ...After finally getting in touch with an old friend in the Bay area I was finally referred to good attorney and I contacted Peter ..after all of this Peter still took my case ..within days Peter made contact with the right medical care providers and every thing started moving in the right direction ,, my checks finally started arriving on time and significant forward momentum was taking place ...One of the thing's I noticed about the Gimbel Law firm is that Peter and his staff really are in this business to help people ..I believe 100 percent that Peter does this kind of work because he gets upset when he see's the working man / working woman get mistreated by corporate America and he wont stand for it ..
