I reached out to Cary’ office after wrongfully termintaed by my employer He was very knowledgeable about employment law and motivated for his work. He really gets very assertive when he negotiates settlements. Cary would always explain to me the possible outcomes for my case. He will fight to the end... to get you the best settlement. At some times, I was happy with the settlement and willing to accept, but he will discuss with me and go back to my employer’s lawyer and ask for more.
