Terry Szucsko will fight tooth and nail for his clients
Mr. Szucsko was involved in my divorce. He went in bulldog mode and got his client everything. He even successfully argued for a restraining order. Held that: 1) evidence supported finding that former boyfriend's act in punching refrigerator did not warrant DVRO; and 2) judge's comments did not indicate high probability of judicial gender bias which violated right to fair trial.
