Held that: 1) evidence supported finding that former boyfriend's act in punching refrigerator did not warrant DVRO; and 2) judge's comments did not indicate high probability of judicial gender bias which violated right to fair trial.
Phillips v. Campbell 206 Cal.Rptr.3d 492 (Cal. Ct. App. 2016)
