Great Lawyer! Great Guy!
Bryan is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable concerning all important details throughout our time working together. I was always kept up to date and informed immediately of any changes. There has never been a time when he did not respond to me immediately - imagine that. I trust this man explicitly with my legal affairs. He has worked tirelessly in order to achieve the best outcome possible for me - his client. I highly recommend Bryan Vereschagin for your legal representation.

Confident, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and supportive
Bryan was extremely confident and trustworthy, which allowed me to feel supported through every step of the way. Not only was he quick to respond to every question I had, he took the time to make sure I understood every detail. He checked in regularly with updates, and I could not have chosen better representation.

As solid as they come
Bryan Vereschagin was epic with his representation of me against a former employer. The opposing side went from having their in-house counsel interface with me, to hiring one of the oldest firms in the country to deal with his threat of litigation. That tells me, the threat of his verdict history alone, was enough to make them fold. Now let me talk about this man himself. Bryan Vereschagin was a kind advocate for me. He was exceedingly patient with me when I was going to a dark place and couldn't put the keyboard down.. and I mean, he responded to an excessive number of my emails with patience, politeness and professionalism. And just as we were settling my employment case, things started to go sideways at my (now former, then current) employer. While most attorneys would have cut off the representation totally, he was in the background giving me pointers the entire time for the new situation brewing at work. This situation has ultimately lead to a lawsuit yet again. Bryan's expert advice on the next step was then followed by us parting ways, because jesus christ, you can only email your former lawyer so many times. I saw how he interfaced with my former employer on paper and pretty much used it as a template to approach them in an authoritative yet respectful tone. As I figured, this bred contempt in the heart of an arrogant CEO who thought he'd get away with terminating my employment unlawfully. "Who in the hell does this guy think they are," I imagine was their sentiment. I had my new legal team hiding in the shadows and, "off the record," had Bryan's set of principals imbedded on my back burner. After the next employer fired me unlawfully, I took this case and the paper trail that accompanied it, to one of California's finest law firms. The two attorneys who took my case were amused as hell, kind of like, "how did you manage to pull this one off, you did everything right." Bryan taught me how to keep liability on the employer-- It was clear that the employer was getting advice from their own legal counsel, advising them on how to set a termination trap and give themselves cover. And here I was as an uneducated "lay person," frustrating them every step of the way, making them scramble to figure out the next move, and upsetting and angering the CEO into a red-faced hot-headed irritated mess. The end result, is that they committed legal suicide. Thanks to Bryan's initial advice at the right crucial moment, we have this case nailed. We might as well send a legal pleading which reads, " All your base are belong to us. You have no chance of survive make your time. " Yes, I miss picking this guy's mind for useful advice, but everything he taught me while representing me is on paper, and I use this as a template for how to interface with employers going forward. Thanks Mr. Vereschagin

A kind-hearted advocate for his clients; a cold-blooded adversary for the other side.
Bryan Vereschagin actually reached out to me, in a disability discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. When speaking to several different attorneys, there was always this sense of classism and division between me--a lay person with no legal education--and them--perhaps a Stanford graduate, or something of that nature. When I talked to Bryan, that class divide was immediately eliminated. He was talking to me, on my level. I cannot express how much I appreciated that. Bryan called me, and he was warm, and cordial. "I'm a straight shooter," he began our consultation with. He had reviewed the discovery file in full before our consultation, and left no detail out of the consultation. He had a full understanding of what exactly happened, and who was responsible. That was a first, since most lawyers would get kind of frustrated by the complexity of the situation, and the different "characters" involved in this lawsuit. Bryan was warm, congenial and reassuring. He knew this was a wrongful termination and pointed me in the right direction. I wish I could have hired him, but timing was of the essence as my employer moved quickly to blacklist me in the industry. Even after we decided to have someone else represent me, he kept in touch and spoke to me like a friend. When we were closing our dialogue by email, I asked him about how he made it to the top. This would probably annoy most lawyers, since it's not related to a case and not related to generating money out of an hourly rate, from a retainer fee. Thanks Bryan..I'm considering just copying his career path to make it to the top. In our communications, I could tell the man knew what he was doing. He was a warm and kind advocate for me, and yet I know he would be a cold-blooded, results-driven adversary for the other side. I hope you'll excuse my breaching of professionalism here, but let me say this.. I'm pretty sure you're considering hiring this man to sue an employer. At that point, the employer has likely violated the law at your expense; they have probably taken enough rope to hang themselves with. Now if you get Mr. Vereschagin in the mix, you can picture that he is kicking the chair out from under them after the noose is around their neck. He has never lost an employment case, and is well-qualified to set your employer straight when they violate your rights. I can't thank this guy enough. Best lawyer I've talked to thus far. Just a really good vibe, really good guy, but most importantly--he will get things done. He was, in every aspect, exceptional. I hope to be in touch with him next time I need to file a lawsuit, and at the rate I'm going, this might be sometime in the near future. --RM

Bryan ROCKS!!!
My case had to do with life insurance fraud. It was a complex matter, involving multiple aspects that had to be properly analyzed and clearly outlined in a lawsuit. Prior to meeting Bryan, I’ve contacted dozens of lawyers, many of whom claimed to be experts specifically in the area of life insurance. I think that anyone who’s ever been involved in a lawsuit, knows what a daunting task it is to put together all of the necessary documentation in order to build a successful case. So needless to say, explaining what happened to dozens of lawyers, writing countless e-mails, and making numerous phone calls can be absolutely exhausting! Even more so, when the person claiming to be a specialist or an expert in a certain area just doesn’t get it and/or doesn’t care! Each time I’d go out of my way to explain what happened and provide supporting documentation to yet another lawyer, I’d feel like I’m talking to a wall! Bryan was the ONLY person who GOT IT fully and on the FIRST meeting! Not only did he say immediately there was a case, but he was also able to absorb all of the information pertaining to the case fully and correctly identify ALL of the core issues! He even figured out the formula that the insurance company used to defraud the account out of money. When I got to this point with other lawyers, I usually got a blank stare. Bryan takes no BS approach to his clients. He is very sharp, direct, and above all, a genuinely good guy! If you want a champion in your corner, give Bryan a call! BTW, he WON my case and I’m extremely grateful to him for that!

Bryan is unstoppable
Bryan was able to smoothly remove me from a very messy partnership and investment arrangement. Without him I would have been lost. I am very grateful for his representation. He was with me every step of the way, and protected my interests at all times. He cares a great deal for his clients and for that I am indebted.

Working with Bryan has been amazing . In the world of complexities surrounding modern law, Bryan does a wonderful job not only developing case strategy and tactics but also provides great transparency to his clients by explaining everything thoroughly in terms that are easy to understand. Every time we have spoken on the phone or in person, Bryan was very passionate and caring to my specific situation and the case outcome. Bryan is a wonderful man and a great attorney. If you are looking for someone who can provide you with not only a great representation but also who will truly care about you and your case , Bryan is your guy !!!

A client focused professional
Mr. Vereschegan has represnted twice; once in personal injury and again in a compensation dispute with an employer. Both disputes had favorable resolutions, and I am convinced it was because of Mr. Vereschegans's high degree fiduciary responsibility paired with his high degree of experience and knowledge of the law. I recommend him to anyone looking for council with a high degree of transparency, professionalism, and proven results.

"I The space allotted for this endorsement is simply insufficient. I have had many opportunities to work with attorneys from other firms and from other states. None has been as enlightening, educational, and beneficial as my involvement with Bryan. He is aggressive, sincere, and thoughtful in his approach. In the course of what was a very complicated mutlistate, mutliparty litigation Bryan was always able to see the path through the forest. Like a bloodhound he could track the claims, parties and cases to their lair and then with a keen legal mind he was able to extract a very successful resolution for all of the Plaintiffs in the matter. I would refer any client to Bryan without a moment of hesitation, and would gladly turn my own case over to such capable and qualified hands. Simply and directly put, Bryan William Vereschagin is one of the top legal minds I have had the pleasure of working with in my nearly 15 years of practice."
