As solid as they come

Bryan Vereschagin was epic with his representation of me against a former employer. The opposing side went from having their in-house counsel interface with me, to hiring one of the oldest firms in the country to deal with his threat of litigation. That tells me, the threat of his verdict history a...lone, was enough to make them fold. Now let me talk about this man himself. Bryan Vereschagin was a kind advocate for me. He was exceedingly patient with me when I was going to a dark place and couldn't put the keyboard down.. and I mean, he responded to an excessive number of my emails with patience, politeness and professionalism. And just as we were settling my employment case, things started to go sideways at my (now former, then current) employer. While most attorneys would have cut off the representation totally, he was in the background giving me pointers the entire time for the new situation brewing at work. This situation has ultimately lead to a lawsuit yet again. Bryan's expert advice on the next step was then followed by us parting ways, because jesus christ, you can only email your former lawyer so many times. I saw how he interfaced with my former employer on paper and pretty much used it as a template to approach them in an authoritative yet respectful tone. As I figured, this bred contempt in the heart of an arrogant CEO who thought he'd get away with terminating my employment unlawfully. "Who in the hell does this guy think they are," I imagine was their sentiment. I had my new legal team hiding in the shadows and, "off the record," had Bryan's set of principals imbedded on my back burner. After the next employer fired me unlawfully, I took this case and the paper trail that accompanied it, to one of California's finest law firms. The two attorneys who took my case were amused as hell, kind of like, "how did you manage to pull this one off, you did everything right." Bryan taught me how to keep liability on the employer-- It was clear that the employer was getting advice from their own legal counsel, advising them on how to set a termination trap and give themselves cover. And here I was as an uneducated "lay person," frustrating them every step of the way, making them scramble to figure out the next move, and upsetting and angering the CEO into a red-faced hot-headed irritated mess. The end result, is that they committed legal suicide. Thanks to Bryan's initial advice at the right crucial moment, we have this case nailed. We might as well send a legal pleading which reads, " All your base are belong to us. You have no chance of survive make your time. " Yes, I miss picking this guy's mind for useful advice, but everything he taught me while representing me is on paper, and I use this as a template for how to interface with employers going forward. Thanks Mr. Vereschagin

Bryan is unstoppable

Bryan was able to smoothly remove me from a very messy partnership and investment arrangement. Without him I would have been lost. I am very grateful for his representation. He was with me every step of the way, and protected my interests at all times. He cares a great deal for his clients and for th...at I am indebted.

"I The space allotted for this endorsement is simply insufficient. I have had many opportunities to work with attorneys from other firms and from other states. None has been as enlightening, educational, and beneficial as my involvement with Bryan. He is aggressive, sincere, and thoughtful in his approach. In the course of what was a very complicated mutlistate, mutliparty litigation Bryan was always able to see the path through the forest. Like a bloodhound he could track the claims, parties and cases to their lair and then with a keen legal mind he was able to extract a very successful resolution for all of the Plaintiffs in the matter. I would refer any client to Bryan without a moment of hesitation, and would gladly turn my own case over to such capable and qualified hands. Simply and directly put, Bryan William Vereschagin is one of the top legal minds I have had the pleasure of working with in my nearly 15 years of practice."
