Biography
I am a skilled negotiator and creative problem solver. I care deeply about my clients and provide personalized and effective legal representation that meets my clients' budgets. I represent companies and individuals and protect my clients' interests in transactions, investments, business decisions and difficult situations which involve disputes and litigation. I have 20 years of experience litigating and recovering damages for my clients in both State and Federal courts in California.
I regularly advise clients on required authorizations and licenses, regulatory compliance, incorporation of local entities, employment / human resources, and when necessary – real estate, employment, corporate, trade secret and intellectual property litigation. I am a member of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyer's Association and a Member of the California Bar since 2006.
