I think Nils is the best. He very quickly appraised my situation and for a very reasonable fee, kept the case from going to court.

Excellent Landlord's Attorney

We all know that the more experience a lawyer has, the better. It is important that the lawyer possess the utmost knowledge of the law district (s)he practices within, and knows the judges and prosecutors. You can even make sure to find a lawyer with membership in a specialized organization, like the... American Trial Lawyers Association, which supplies members with resources and information. And, you could go so far as to compare the lawyer’s past results by requesting some proof of prior verdicts such as court records or newspaper reports. Frankly, I suggest you do. But, if you have come here you obviously are looking for a subjective assessment and that is what I often use in appraisals of all kinds. I am an investor and value a good lawyer’s contributions and ideas. Nils is one of the very few attorneys I have employed that can speak with you like a compeer, yet - provide you with ideas, insight and legal information that for me has kept us out of court - yet on the leading edge of the law. He handles his cases personally, has an excellent staff and makes himself available even after hours (and that can be his one weakness, since he is a trial lawyer, he can be found in court and thus be a bit difficult to reach). Nevertheless, he has usually found time for me during a given day and always by the evening or next day. His rates are fair and he often likes speaking on subject or off - without charging. I think Nills is an excellent lawyer.
