Mr. Shoiket focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, patent and trademark prosecution, patent infringement litigation, trademark infringement litigation, copyright infringement litigation, patent reexaminations and reissue proceedings, product clearance opinions, due diligence investigations, copyright, trademark and trade secret issues.
Mr. Shoiket has counseled clients in intellectual property matters in a wide range of technologies including computer software and hardware, internet technologies, optics and electronics, biotechnology, medical devices, mechanical devices, semiconductor design and fabrication, and consumer goods.
