I contacted Bornstein & Bornstein yesterday regarding a tenant matter. I was able to speak with someone on the phone and they scheduled an appointment for Dan Bornstein to speak with me the following morning.
I had a phone conversation with Daniel Bornstein this morning. I found Daniel personable, knowledgeable and he helped with solutions to my tenant issues. I would highly recommend his law office! I will use him in the future or refer him to friends and family.
I contacted Mr. Daniel Bornstein with my concerns that my tenant was subletting my property in violation of our lease agreement. I feared losing all rights to my greatest asset, and truly my only asset, my property. Mr. Bornstein guided me through the legal process with ease. His judicious use of my time and resources was very impressive. He was a tremendous help to me. He has all the qualities one looks for in an attorney: a razor sharp focus, a sound understanding of the law, a swift plan of action, and a sense of fairness to all parties involved.

Top Notch Attorney
This is the second time we have used Daniel's services with outstanding results. In my position as a tech executive I interact with a myriad of attorneys in a variety of disciplines. I can say unequivocally Daniel is the best attorney I have come across. Daniel is results driven, forthright, hyper-efficient with funds, works with laser precision and is concise in communication. He makes best use of funds with his client's interests first and foremost. He possesses deep domain expertise, able to synthesize the finer nuances of San Francisco real estate law into a cogent strategy and execute. We trust him implicitly and he operates with the highest ethical standards. Our last case was legally complex and contentious on many levels. We would definitely use Daniel's services in the future and recommend him to clients seeking a top notch attorney.

Exemplary Attorney
When selecting the right real estate attorney to work with, I was anxious about what I didn't know, navigating precariously the many agencies that are involved in any real estate issue in San Francisco. Daniel has worked with us from the beginning and has every day earned more and more respect, confidence and trust. Having worked with corporate attorneys from New York, Harvard Law, Germany, India, I must say, Daniel is amongst the very best! Engage him, it will be the best decision you will make. He is one of the most valuable resources for any real estate matter in San Francisco, CA.

Did NOT respond to clients
In order to speak with Daniel, we had to pay in advance $200 for 30 minutes. The meeting only lasted for 15 minutes. He didn't offer much advises and he was in a hurry. I followed up with several emails to proceed, but he never responded. What a waste of time and $200.
