Mark was extremely kind to me. He made me feel at ease in a very difficult time for me. I felt very fortunate to have found him. He is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a Bankruptcy Lawyer. They would be very lucky to have Mark represent them.

Mark Chernev is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys that one could ask for. In November of 2011, I was faced with a dire financial situation and needed the help of a Bankruptcy Attorney. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all that Mark did for me. His kindness in such a stressful situation ...

I can only say that this, having been an experience that no one would want to go through, was one off the BEST experiences I have ever had. Mark, is a very together man and one if the best attorneys around. He took very good care off the situation, and great care of me. I can only say that if you n...
"Mark has impressive litigation instincts, earned from over a decade of trial experience. When he's not arguing in a courtroom, his law and motion work proves the adage, "the pen is mightier than the sword". For real estate litigation in San Francisco, Mark deserves your trust in handling your legal matter, and the quality of his advocacy will demonstrate why that trust was warranted."
"I have known Mark in a professional capacity for over 12 years. Mark is highly skilled in his practice area; but, more importantly, he has the ability to relate to his clients so that they feel comfortable and confident as they go through the legal process."
"I have known and consulted with Mark for over 11 years, and can proudly say he is one of the most personable, experienced and knowledgable attorneys I have had the pleasure to work with. He treats his clients and colleagues with respect and professionalism. I highly endorse his work, and would recommend him to anyone needing the services of a bankruptcy attorney."
"Mark's vast knowledge of bankruptcy law and his attention to detail helps him to provide the legal services his clients expect and deserve. I highly endorse him as an attorney."
"Mark is the kind of lawyer other lawyers strive to be. He possesses a wealth of legal knowledge and his ability to identify and address legal issues is remarkable. The counsel he provides is both thoughtful and pragmatic. I highly endorse his work and would not hesitate to refer potential clients to him."
"Mark is a consummate professional, well versed in the law of bankruptcy, and a real advocate for the client. I would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone in need of bankruptcy counsel."
"I have known Mark for a number of years, and he has always demonstrated the necessary knowledge and skill in representing his clients. While he practiced law in Delaware, Mark served as a valuable resource and mentor on criminal law matters. Our law practices have since expanded to other areas of the law, yet Mark continues to be a source of valuable information, specifically Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. I am pleased to hear of the success of the Chernev law firm and would recommend his services to those in need of a strong advocate before the courts."
"Mark was a colleague of mine at the Delaware Department of Justice. In the years we worked together he demonstrated his professionalism, knowledge, and drive to achieve just resolutions in the toughest cases. I endorse his work and would refer clients to him without hesitation."
"Mark is the real deal when it comes to the modern lawyer. He knows how to get the job done, how to treat people and how to make use of all of the resources available. If I ever needed counsel on a bankruptcy or debt related matter, he is the attorney that I would retain. I fully endorse his work."
"I have referred several bankruptcy cases to Mr. Chernev, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. I have always found him to be very knowledgeable in the practice area and I feel confident referring cases to him in the future."
