I want to thank Peter Gimbel and most definitely Olga & Jorge & Cynthia ,, I was injured at work back in 2023 and I made the mistake of hiring the wrong lawyer not once but twice . The second Lawyer I hired wanted to settle my case for 25k and I asked her ?,,,Rachelle how many conversations have you ...had with the insurance company because I don't believe you ever had a single conversation with them one time ..And she had not even spoken to them one time . The day came when I went to this so called attorneys office and we did a deposition .. during the entire deposition this lawyer literally said nothing until the very end which amounted to minimal input on her part .. I actually carried the lawyer through the entire deposition ..it was like not having a lawyer at all ...
