I did hire Levi and had to fire him after the first month. I should have read other reviews here more carefully. What he was doing is border criminal and I am preparing to take him to the court for that. To be clear, I had many attorneys in children custody case that lasted many years, I was not exac...tly a novice in that area. Its absolutely true what other reviewers say here, Levi does talk a lot about nothing, totally useless information lasting hours and hours. In my case he did try to capitalize on my fair of losing custody, directly threatening me about it, that the only way I survive is if I do exactly what he says, and he will be spending hundreds of hours per month to explain what I need to do or not to do. All that was useless, my situation was never as bad as he portrayed to me and got much better as soon as I fired him. What I heard later from co-parenting coordinator, it was clear that Levi was not representing my interests as he was supposed to. To be clear, on my initial consultation with Levi, we agreed on action plan, expected results, and the price for the job. The upcoming hearing was very soon, and his office presented me totally different contract, leaving out the agreed terms. Since I needed Levi in the hearing, signed the contract, hoping that Levi will honor the terms. He did not. I asked him on the first month to honor the terms, he was complaining about his own office that his hands are tied. And I ended up firing him after the first month. He did not do anything on what we agreed on. Instead, his office spent hours and hours preparing I&E and "analyzing" financial discovery materials that I have not even provided. When I confronted about that, they removed some hours from the billing. But later charged again.
