So grateful I decided to consult this attorney

He helped me navigate a situation involving my son, who has a very complicated history of developmental disabilities. When his bicycle was recently stolen, I encouraged him to stay put until I arrived and call the police in the interim so we could file a police report when I got there. The police did... show up at the scene and we were able to file a report, however by the end of the encounter my son was handcuffed and taken to jail for a warrant arrest from another county which neither me, nor my son, knew anything about. Needless to say, as I drove home I was totally engulfed by fear and confusion.....until I was able to consult with this amazing attorney. His straightforward, knowledgeable and calming approach to my son's situation was just what I needed to curtail my anxiety and having him map out a plan going forward was invaluable. I am so very grateful for his kindness and expertise.

Knowledgeable, Honest, and Kind

I was referred to Kit through a friend and I couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation. Kit took a couple hours out of his evening to meet with me while I explained the situation I had gotten myself into. During that time I never felt judged for my actions. Kit saw the good in me and understan...ds that we all make mistakes. After listening and supporting me, Kit gave options with thorough explanations of what the consequences would be for each. We made a plan of action and Kit followed through. He was always there for me, responding to my calls and emails with a kind and supportive attitude. Because of Kit, the best resolution possible has been achieved. I can't thank him enough for his support through this trying time in my life.

Exceptional Attorney

Being a first time offender, I was not very knowledgeable about my options and very nervous about how to proceed with my legal situation. No Jail

I hired Kit when I thought my life was going to fall apart. I am a first time offender, but the chargers were no joke. Multi accounts of theft. I was looking at facing anywhere from 18-54 years locked away. I am not a bad person. I am a husband and father and I was looking at losing it all. I worked ...with Kit everyday. He was always willing to answer any questions I had. He literally walked me through the whole process, as I have never experienced any of this. He was dedicated and committed to keep me out of prison. He worked non stop with the DA to plead my case, to show him that I do not belong in prison. After months of court appointments and constant communication, came sentencing day. Kit was able to get me probation and 4 months work release. Not 1 day behind bars. I am able to work full time, be there for my wife and kids and live. I am beyond grateful for Kit. He was always there for me, day or night. Even my family would reach out to him for questions. He was a tremendous support during a time of complete misery and pain. There is no other lawyer like Kit. Honest, knowledgeable and more then anything, he will get the best possible outcome for you. He did it for me. I know for a fact he will do it for you. Kit is my hero and is the reason I am even able to write this review. Think about that for a second, I am actually able to write this review because of what he did for me. Kit is the real deal and I know he is the best. THANK YOU KIT.

So grateful!

I'm so thankful that I put my trust in Mr. Westbrook. I had a DUI case that was weighing heavy on my conscious but Kit reassured me that everything would be taken care of. I was able to have the charge reduced to reckless driving. I'm very grateful that I didn't have to deal with a DUI on my record &... a licence suspension. I'm in Mr. Westbrooks dept for saving me from the embarrassment & hassle of dealing with that charge. I would most definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends, God forbid they ever are in my situation. If you are looking for a reliable, dependable, confident, attorney I couldn't suggest anyone better. Thank you Mr.Westbrook!
