Mark Anthony Raimondo

I was 23 when this situation occurred. I was coming home after a graveyard shift to find my daughter awake at 5 in the morning with her mother and a man I had never met inside my home. Drugs on the table and both of them belligerently drunk. The stranger made threatening advances and one thing led to... another and I ended up fearing for my life and shooting him twice. I have never found myself in any serious legal trouble before this incident but I was later charged with 2 felonies (assault with a deadly weapon, intent to terrorize).
