*1 Star** I hired Mr. Brumfield's office and paid a retainer, only to be completely ignored and abandoned. They have done absolutely no work on my case, refused to respond to multiple emails, and ignored all my requests for a refund. Their lack of professionalism and basic decency is appalling. If... you’re looking for an attorney who communicates, follows through, or respects their clients, look elsewhere. This office clearly has no interest in delivering the services they were paid for.

Unfortunately our experience was a major disappointment (and waste of money). We needed a simple letter written (on legal stationary). For the most part hubby and I drafted the letter and gave it (all of the info), to Mr. Brumfield. We also asked that, along with the person for whom the letter was... intended, a hard copy be sent to us for our records. Upon reviewing the letter first by email, we had to make many corrections: grammar, spacing, and one extremely major omission (over $600,000 dollars) re: an estate transfer. We immediately told him to just send the letter and return the rest of the our $900 retainer. To our shocking eyes our copy of the letter, the one for which we paid $900 for professional legal letterhead, was addressed to us in black MAGIC MARKER, an uneven "stamped" return address, and "stationary" that appeared to have been printed on a $30 printer. Even worse, he kept the entire $900! If you are reading this Mr. Brumfield, we hope you do the right thing and return a good portion of our money, with an apology. We trusted you, personally and professionally.

He has helped us get a damaged piece of equipment replaced without having to resort to a lawsuit, and has assisted us in many other situations.
