Biography
I graduated cum laude from University of Alabama and obtained my masters in accounting and finance at Regis University. I attended McGeorge School of Law and graduated with distinction. I practice in the areas of bankruptcy, including bankruptcy reorganizations, bankruptcy trustee representation, chapter 7, chapter 11, debtor and creditor rights, and workouts, as well as business and commercial litigation.
I strive to be cost-effective and proactive in every engagement. I recognize that clients rarely welcome litigation costs and work to keep them as predictable as possible. In short, I want the client to see the value of the work performed in every bill received.
