I have been practicing bankrutpcy since 2001 and have helped in excess of 10,000 debtors through the process. We aim to make the bankruptcy a smooth process, with complete access to the attorney. My staff and myself answer all calls unscreened. Bankruptcy can be stressful enough without having to fill out a stack of paperwork. We do not make you fill out your own paperwork, but prepare your entire bankruptcy.

Neil Schwartz is the best bankruptcy lawyer
Neil helped us with the process of bankruptcy. We were able to save our homes and do a modification. He also helped my parents in their difficult bankruptcy case. My parents had to do a chapter 7 and then a 13 in order to keep their home. Thank you Neil Schwartz!

Excellent Attorney
