Highly recommend will not be disappointed

Neil and his team (Jennifer) are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They walked me through everything they were extremely efficient! Well worth his fee! I’m so stress free today! When I call, email or text they are prompt to answer and get back to me! I’m truly grateful for Neil, Jennifer and the team!

Great Experience

I hired Neil for my Chaprer 7 bankruptcy and from the time I consulted with him all the way through the filing process, him & his team were professional and kind. He even made a financial adjustment for me so I could complete my payments & file. I highly recommend his office if you ever find yourse...lf having to go through a bankruptcy.

Very Pleased

Neil Schwartz worked very efficiently while handling my legal needs. Neil and his staff were very professional and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. My legal process was everything I had hoped for and Neil made sure I had all my questions answered and was fully satisfied before comple...ting my case. Responsive and Respectful

We wanted an attorney who focused on bankruptcy so we chose Neil Schwartz at our first meeting. He responded to all my follow up email questions and disclosed all fees upfront when we needed added services, nothing was hidden and no surprises. It was reassuring with his presence in court , and he did...n’t close our case until I was completely reassured. I would highly recommend Neil Schwartz if you are facing a bankruptcy situation.

Confident and with peace of mind. The right decision.

I am a young working professional with great student debt, a few poor financial decisions, and now post divorce trying to rebuild everything. I have the capacity for a successful future but I have NOT made it yet. Struggling to survive, barely covering all my credit cards and student loans, I finally... made 1 financial move that pushed me over my financial abilities. Feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders I sought Neil's counsel. Immediately felt relieved about my options. Why didn't I come here sooner? He helped me relax and understand this was all manageable. We discussed options and I left with much to think about. From that consultation, I knew he was the attorney for me. He allowed me to pay what I could that day without adding to my further stresses. He also told me what I should and shouldn't worry about going forward. His response times were incredible, immediate and made me feel like I was his top priority. He gave me his personal cell number and email. I felt I had access to a wealth of legal knowledge and counsel at my fingertips at all moments, anytime of day or evening. This was extremely helpful especially as financial threats from a 3rd party came in through phone calls and texts. I’m moving through this stressful time, however I have great peace, knowing I’m in the best of hands. His experience and expertise are evidenced through his counsel as we move forward. I am confident I made the right decision for myself and I strongly recommend Neil Schwartz for anyone else faced with seemingly impossible financial situations like mine.
