I have been practicing bankrutpcy since 2001 and have helped in excess of 10,000 debtors through the process. We aim to make the bankruptcy a smooth process, with complete access to the attorney. My staff and myself answer all calls unscreened. Bankruptcy can be stressful enough without having to fill out a stack of paperwork. We do not make you fill out your own paperwork, but prepare your entire bankruptcy.

Worry Free Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy Chapter 7

IRS problems
We were being taxed for over $120,000.00 from the IRS. On money that I only took out of my inheitance fund only $32,000.00. They had taken all my wages and bank accounts.
