I have been practicing bankrutpcy since 2001 and have helped in excess of 10,000 debtors through the process. We aim to make the bankruptcy a smooth process, with complete access to the attorney. My staff and myself answer all calls unscreened. Bankruptcy can be stressful enough without having to fill out a stack of paperwork. We do not make you fill out your own paperwork, but prepare your entire bankruptcy.

The only choice
He and his staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and straight to the point. They kept in contact and walked us through the whole process. He let us know up front what we should expect and what we needed to do, and together we got it done!

The best in Kern county
If you need a good lawyer get Neil Swartz. I had a judgment that was included in my bankruptcy. When the bankruptcy closed my old lawyer never file the avoidance of lien for that judgment. MR. Schwartz handled the whole situation. Thank you for Your knowledge and expertise.

Bankruptcy
