Hired Attorney

I hired Neil for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Neil and his staff were very professional and efficient. I can’t express my gratitude enough for him and his staff. They communicated the process clearly and made it as painless as it could possibly be.

Amazing Service

Both Neil and his staff Jennifer were absolutely amazing and walked me through the whole process with this bankruptcy. I never not once felt alone nor had any unanswered questions. We were treated like family!

My wife and I married about 5 y we are ago and both brought financial baggage and mistakes from our past. She was a single mom with three children and I was a wreck less carefree bachelor. So needless to say when we married we had to get out financial affairs in order. We attempted for the first thre...e years to pay off our debt as a team while establishing joint credit as a couple with no measurable success. It felt as if every two steps of progress we made we were sent back ten steps with creditors and debt from our past. We finally decided to give Neil and his team a call for the no pressure consultation. It was the best call we ever made. The decision to file bankruptcy had such a stigma affiliated with it due to our blue collar up bringing. Neil explained that sometimes good people with good intentions make bad decisions and catch bad breaks, but that didn’t mean there wasn’t a way to clean up the mess and get control of our debt and credit health. We decided to start the process with Neil representing us. To our surprise we also got the services of his amazing paralegal Jennifer. Jennifer walked us through the process of the bankruptcy that most other firms told us we would have to complete alone. Jennifer answered all of our questions and helped make the process a much less scarier process. Both Neil and Jennifer were always available to answer question whether it be by phone , text or email. They really made us feel like they were family members who had our back and wanted nothing more than to see my wife and I gain financial freedom, new knowledge of what not to do in the future when it comes to our finances. We would recommend Neil Schwartz and his team to anyone who wants to have a professional knowledgeable intelligent and family oriented law firm handle their bankruptcy.

Got a discharge when all other BK Lawyers said no!

Neil and his team were amazing! I called over 12 BK Attorneys in Bakersfield, CA and all said NO we would NOT qualify for BK and they did not want to take on our case. Neil said Yes! and he delivered! We received a discharge and he walked us through the steps to receive it. He was spot on with everyt...hing. Great communication from him even on weekends! Call him today!

The best!

Neil was amazing with my bankruptcy case. I was so nervous until I met with him. He and his staff, especially his paralegal spent a lot of time walking me through the process and updating me every step of the way. When I had questions I was ALWAYS able to talk directly with Neil. He was always very r...eassuring and helped immensely with my anxiety. He is absolutely the best!
