I recently completed a Chapter 13, which was successfully discharged. It has been a long journey, and Jeff and his team have given me unwavering support.
About 5 years ago, I came into the office, ashamed and broken, and on my third BK consultation. I went with the firm, mainly because Jeff was a) knowledgeable, b) non-judgmental, and c) efficient.
And that is what I continued to get over the years, even when I personally stumbled and had difficulties.
Most people will tell you that few Chapter 13 plans make it to the end. But it doesn't have to be that way: As long as you have a experienced attorney who remains on top of filings, gives you straight, honest counsel, and is patient about educating you on the process.
Jeff Wishman made a difference for me.

After eight years of using Jeff (he prefers that you call him Jeff, rather than Mr. Wishman, but he's sooooo good at being MY bankruptcy lawyer that, out of the highest respect, I always call him "Mr. Wishman") Wishman' s services, there is NO ONE I would go to for ANY need regarding the law---if he can't help you, he'll KNOW someone who can! He helped me file 2 bankruptcies when I had NO hope left...and, if you are even CLOSE to filing a bankruptcy, at least talk with Jeff before you decide; because he's so good, if he thinks you will be better off without filing bankruptcy, he'll tell you that...and if you ARE better off filing...he'll discuss with you, calmly, and quietly, ALL of your choices, and then have his company' lawyer's and staff (from Giselle to EVERYBODY there---they are ALL wonderfully understanding of your situation...and my privacy was respected throughout BOTH of my bankruptcies, at all times!!)

I endorse this lawyer. Jeff Wishman is well-versed in bankruptcy matters and a skilled litigator. He also has a kind-hearted soul and gentle demeanor with his clients. Anyone who chooses Jeff to be their attorney will be very glad they did.
