Best traffic attorney in Bakersfield!!!

I was referred to Bigger and Harman, and I couldn't be more happy with this choice. They informed me of my rights, and choices in regards to a disposition that would be best for me. I was given payment options, and was kept informed of my case status the entire time. My attorneys answered my question...s and made me comfortable that they had this under control, and not to worry as they weren't accepting a deal or plea that i was not comfortable with.

Did what they said they could

I had a speeding ticket in a commercial vehicle ie Truck 64 in a 55. I hired this agency after they told me they could get it reduced to a coasting ticket that dosent carry points and a much lower fine anf thats exactly what they did Thanks still have a clean DMV

Speeding in excess of 100mph

I do not even know where to begin! Mark Bigger was heaven sent, he never made any false promises to me. From day one he told me all the possibilities. He got my ticket dropped from a two point citation to a one point and I avoided the suspension on my license, which was my biggest concern considering... I have commercial license. I have to pay a high fine, but if you look at the alternative, I'm winning! I will not be getting anymore tickets again but I recommend him to everyone. Again I want to thank you Mark from the bottom of my heart you don't understand how you just saved my life, I'm forever grateful sir.

Best Traffic Attorneys ever!

This is by far one of the best firms I have ever used. I was pulled over by highway patrol for said 70 in a 55. mark Bigger used my GPS speeds to prove I was not and that my truck was only governed at 62. This firm always answered the phone and had answers to my questions. The office staff was very p...olite and professional. I have called other firms in the past to get quotes and they never called me back. Needless to say I will always brag about mark Bigger and his team. My ticket was completely dismissed, and this is what they said they would be able to do. Trust in this firm they will help you.

I am so thankful!

I was referred to Mr. Bigger by a friend of my sister. I was about to lose my license because I often tend to have a lead-foot when driving. As I was hesitant to contact him, what with all the con-artists in our world today, Mark made me feel at ease right away as well as throughout the entire case. ...He kept me updated via phone or email and answered any/all questions I had. Even when I would ask the same question 5 times or until I comprehended what he was saying. Most importantly, he understood that I was on a budget and allowed me to set up a payment plan so I wouldn't break the bank. Because of him, I was able to keep my license.
