Where do I even begin? I’m not one to write reviews—unless something truly stands out and could make a difference in someone else’s experience. This is most definitely one of those moments. I was cited on the I-5 in California for allegedly going 101 mph. My interaction with the CHP officer was...… let’s just say, unnerving. I knew I wasn’t guilty of that speed, but it was clear the officer had already made up his mind. Had he been able to haul me off to jail right then and there, I believe he would have. This wasn’t just a ticket—it was a freight train of consequences barreling toward my life. I began searching for counsel, unsure where to turn. I’ve had enough legal dealings over the years to carry my fair share of skepticism. Trust doesn’t come easily when past experiences have left a bad taste. I was allegedly speeding, going 69 in a 40 on my way to college. I was very nervous, because I was not eligible for traffic school. I had previously never even dreamed of fighting a ticket. I used to be fearful of the court system and just took whatever came to me. Since I was not eligible for traffi...c school. I decided it was worth a try to fight my citation. Dealing with Mark, and his law firm was a very pleasant experience. From any questions I had to ask, to calling about updates, his team was very caring and professional. In the end they were able to dismiss my citation! They did a very fine job doing so. They took my anxiety and fears, and turned them into absolute relief. They are amazing. I received a speeding ticket on the 99 Freeway in Bakersfield going to Fresno, and I decided to hire Bigger and Harman to defend me in court. Each and every conversation I had with Bigger and Harman's staff was professional, informative, caring, and attentive. I was told what they would do to defend ...me in court and why, I was never wondering what the status of my case was, and the best part was that my citation was completely dismissed.
