important information here
I really do not recommend this attorney.Yes he was my attorney,and overall the case was a light sentence.Only speaking to him could have been more pleasant,unfortunately bitterness was present.

Replied last November 26, 2014I question the validity of this review. It seems unusual that the client recevied a "light sentence" and rates me both responsive and knowledgeable yet ranks me "poor" on the scales for "trusthworthy" and "kept me informed." How could an attorney be "excellent" in terms of "responsive" yet "poor" on "kept me informed." This makes no sense. Compared to 10 other reviews and nearly 100 attorney endorsements, this seems wildly out of place. My clients are generally very satisified with their representation and with the results in court. Many appreciate the fact that I am honest about their prospects and "chances" throughout the case as I am not one to "pull punches." My clients always possess an honest and accurate assessment of their case and their prospects regarding outcome. Most are very satisified in the end. My "trustworthiness" has never been questioned in 19 years of practice. I question whether this review is from an actual client or from an AVVO Q&A "asker" who objects to an answer I provided--having answered nearly 8,000 questions. Please compare this to my other 10 reviews and you will notice the discrepancies.
