Do not hire her
This woman is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. If you don't do exactly what she says, and she doesn't get her way, she'll throw a fit, start yelling and name calling, and go above and beyond to make you miserable. She should be in therapy, not giving advice to those who need help.
