Biography
Attorney Oliver Morrison’s practice focuses on all aspects of conservatorship, fiduciary, trust and estate administration, and litigation, representing banks and trust companies, private professional fiduciaries, and individuals in and out of court. Oliver specializes in estate planning, trusts and estates administration, trusts and estates litigation, conservatorships, and real estate property legal matters.
Oliver was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law in 2007 and his Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College in 2002. He is an active member of several professional associations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Pasadena Bar Association, and the South Bay Bar Association, where he served as the Probate Section Co-Chair from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, he is a member of the Hon. Benjamin Aranda III, American Inn of Court.
Outside of his legal pursuits, Oliver spends his time with his wife and two young children. A former college baseball player, Oliver is an avid golfer and enjoys all manner of outdoor activities.
