Dayn Anthony Holstrom

I first was introduced to Dayn through his law firm Holstrom, Block and Parke when I hired his firm to help me with a probate court case. Dayn was very assertive, he communicated with me professionally and made sure I was felt valued by him and his team. What I liked most was that Dayn wasn't just gi...ving me scripted, robotic answers but actually spoke to me like a human being and didn't sugarcoat anything so that I knew exactly what to expect. I got the same treatment from his colleagues as well. Having to sue someone is a long process which also gets costly. Thankfully Dayn and his team did their best to keep things affordable by making sure questions were answered promptly and sufficiently to keep me up to speed. In the end, I was able to get a settlement I was happy with and get justice for my father against a sibling who committed fraud and embezzlement from a trust. out of all the other firms out there, I am happy I chose Dayn and his team to represent and fight for me to get the justice I deserved.

I don’t believe anyone other than Dayn could have protected my interests as well as he did in my acrimonious divorce situation with his knowledge and a very strong presence in the court. I met Dayn at the time that my first attorney had failed at protecting my interests and the second one was just n...ot capable enough of handling aggressive litigation style my Ex’s attorney had. When I met Dayn for the first time I could sense that he is someone who has in-depth knowledge of his field and had years of experience successfully implementing it in different situations. I could also sense that here was someone who possessed integrity of character as an individual and will do his best to defend my interest in his very confident and firm interaction style. You actually do not want an attorney with overly aggressive communication style because the judges may react negatively to that. My Ex – was asking for a very large time share with children (80%) and significant money in child and spousal support. As a father it was painful enough that I will not be able to see my kids all the time as I would have if there was no divorce, and dealing with my ex's false claims of abuse. Dayn succeeded in getting the custody share to half time with each parent which is what I always wanted. Although Dayn and his firm are not cheap at the surface, according to my calculation, I ended up saving a lot of money (~1 million) by hiring him, had my ex- been able to succeed in getting what she wanted as child and spousal support over next so many years. In fact Dayn succeeded in having my ex- pay me a large sum of money. In retrospect I should never have hired my first two attorneys who I hired to save money, but it lead to losing money. What happened before I hired Dayn was that at a preliminary hearing my Ex asked for child and spousal support and this was granted to her without my first attorney raising any objection to my Ex’s demands!!! I had to continue paying a large amount of support money for months while Dayn was working at undoing the damage by his vigorous representation. He succeeded! When I went to court with Dayn, I went in comfort knowing that he will do his best and I could relax. I knew that he would give me the right advice and not bend down to unreasonableness from other party. I knew he would follow reason and present it with utmost clarity and firmness. He is ultimately a man who one could trust at all levels. Another great thing about him is that he will never show you unrealistic possibilities. This is very helpful in acceptance of what ultimately worked out. This is very important trait in an attorney to have because if you meet someone who wants your money they can show you dreams of what they can get for you etc. and when the emotions are heated it sounds good, ultimately it is unhelpful. This was the case with my Ex’s attorney I believe. I wholeheartedly recommend Dayn and thank him for his help. BTW everyone at this firm is a thorough professional which is a great plus and this is what someone stuck in a difficult divorce situation needs.

Going through a difficult divorce is always an emotional and challenging time. Many attorneys, it seems, revictimize their clients...not Holstrom, Sissung, Marks and Anderson. The entire staff, from Rachel, the receptionist, to Mr. Dayn Holstrom, senior partner, have from the very first appointment..., made me feel completely safe and secure. After living through months of broken promises and spending thousand of dollars with a previous attorney, I brought this firm all my broken pieces. When I had no hope, they offered me new hope...which they delivered on! In the courtroom, I could literally see the respect that my Attorney Jeffrey Sissung commanded of his peers. I was no longer subjected to sneers and rude comments from my husband and his attorney. It was obvious to all that I was now represented by a very sucessful law firm headed by a highly respected and experienced attorney, Mr. Dayn Holstrom. From the day that I walked into meet with Jeff and Dayn it has been a pleasurable experience. I had an incredibly experienced team of attorneys and paralgeal working on my case; as it was quite complex. It always impressed me that all employees of Holstrom, Sissung, Marks and Anderson knew what was the current priority in my case and worked expeditiously as a team to accomplish the current task at hand. I will be forever grateful to Dayn and his awesome law firm. They were well worth the money when I needed help protecting the most important things in my life; my children.
