Bad front office or assistants

I do not have anything bad to say about Mr. Sethi himself. In fact, I held two free consultations with him. However, his assistants are very terrible. I interacted with two different women in that office and I can say that anything that they say is a lie. I once called to speak with the attorney and ...one of the women answered and told me he was wrapping up with a client and that I should hold. I was on hold for more than 45minutes. I ended the call and call again, she answered and told me the same thing again " he is wrapping up with a client now" please hold. I held again for close to another 45minutes but there was no response. I called back again, she told me the attorney himself will call me back. That did not happen. I wrote an email and complained about it, they called me and apologized. After communicating with the attorney, he asked me to obtain a document from a school and he will use it to start my case. I did that and sent the document to his office while copying the attorney too. But none of them responded after a few days. I contacted them to follow up on it, the woman told me the attorney says he will review my document and get back to me. It's well over a week now and there is no feedback back from that office.

Dear Robert. I am very sorry that you felt like this after me giving you 2 free consultations. When you sent the documents to review for no fees again, I was out of country and out of office for a few days. Your case was a complicated case and so when I got back to my office I wanted to review the documents carefully and to get back to you with my answer if we could help you. I did call you and have sent you an email wanting to speak with you. Anyways once again I apologize you felt like this even after my two free telephonic consultations. Our office did not charge you any fees and was trying to help you after carefully reviewing your documents. Anyways I wish you all the best in all your future endeavors.

Worst lawyer ever! Don't even think to hire this lawyer

I hired this lawyer approximately a year ago. first time working with a lawyer and it has been a terrible experience. the initial consult was great i felt reassure with everything he had told me so he was hired. At the beginning we had a rough start, paperwork filled out improperly,. misspelled nam...es, incorrect information. it was corrected so we proceeded. everything was going ok until the day of the appointment. " THE LAWYER DID NOT SHOW UP". Angrily we called the office and his response was "it is not on my schedule". What kind of lawyer does not have his client on his schedule. After that he never returns our calls. He only calls when there is money involved and was paid off before the immigration appointment. perhaps that is why he didn't show up. his responses now are: i don't know, they didn't want to see me, i didn't have time to go today, i went and they didn't tell me anything, they never call me to give me an update on my status and to top it off its not him that goes its some other "lawyer". I'm always calling them and they always give me the same response. i have accomplished more by calling immigration to know about my status and its funny because they say they go to the immigration and get no response but when i call i get updates. my case is still pending it has been over a year i am extremely upset with the lawyer money down the drain.i do not recommend this lawyer but if you do go with this lawyer i wish you luck and be prepare for long journey

The facts of this review are incorrect. This is not true that we never showed up at this client's interview. There was a confusion with the officer about her date and time of the interview because we had two interviews that day in the same office. When the officer called me I personally spoke with her and addressed the issue. After that the case was put on administrative hold due to some confidential issues in her case and our office called and visited USCIS office in Santa Ana several times to get a resolution to the situation without charging any further fees. This client did not want to wait any further and posted this review with false accusations. There are many thankless people in this world that you can never satisfy. No matter what you do.
