Danielle Faller was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 2013. She is now an associate attorney for the Law Office of Emma Hemness, P.A. working directly with Mrs. Hemness to help with handling Estate Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Medicaid Qualification.
In 2010, Danielle graduated cum laude from the University of North Florida earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and minor in Political Science. While earning her undergraduate degree, she was in the Honors Program, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, and worked as a licensed cosmetologist and soccer referee.
In May 2013, Danielle graduated from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Danielle was an executive board member for two years of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta, a judicial intern for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s Probate, Guardianship, Trust, and Mental Health Division, and a member of the ABA Law Student Division and Elder Law Society.
In 2014, Danielle co-authored a book with Attorney Alan Gassman of Gassman Law Associates entitled “The Florida Legal Guide for Same Sex Couples” which discusses the many changing areas of law in a Post-DOMA America and how lawyers and advisors should be counseling their same sex couple clients.
Danielle lives in Seffner with her husband, Douglas, and their dog, Oakley. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and attending sporting events.
