also known as Rose Amezcua-Moll
Rose Amezcua-Moll is a licensed attorney and the owner of Amezcua-Moll & Associates, PC. Rose has been an entrepreneur since as far back as she can remember. In high school, she was the president of Rally Towels, Inc., a corporation set up under the guidance of the Junior League. As a result of Rose’s direct and hands on involvement, the company’s stock more than tripled in a mere three months. Rose also co-owned a consulting business that had clients such as AT&T and Sprint. Based on her success in that venture, Rose was featured on the well known local cable show, The Economic Journal, as a guest speaker for her entrepreneurial accomplishments in May of 2001.
Rose studied in such countries as England and China giving her a vast appreciation for her home country and the opportunities it affords anyone. Rose also competed in Europe and Australia representing the United States in such sports as Basketball and Track and Field. Rose believes these experiences added value to her overall approach to her business by exposing her to varied cultures, experiences and the rigors of competition.
After several years working in a small firm environment, Rose started her own law practice which is based in Orange. It is Rose’s passion to help businesses to protect their hard earned assets and avoid costly litigation. As an attorney, Rose has tried and settled numerous cases to the complete satisfaction of her clients. Rose is very active in the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Trial Lawyer’s Association. Rose is currently the Section Chair for the third year in a row and is on the executive committee of the Real Estate section of the OCBA.
As a well-respected and capable fellow attorney wrote, "I have known Rose for twelve years and have never wavered in my opinion of her as an honest, hardworking, and all-capable person. The client fortunate enough to make her acquaintance would be blessed, indeed." Rose feels very blessed to have had people believe in her along the way, and for that, she seeks to give back to the community. It is with great pleasure that Rose volunteers her time as a Board of Director to La Calle (a non profit organization) whose goal is to mentor and support the at-risk youth of today so they may become the very best adults of tomorrow.
Rose is married to William ("Bill") Moll and they have five loveable children together. Rose enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with loved ones.

Rose is the ultimate in TRUSTWORTHY!
I have had the opportunity to work with Rose over the past 3 years on a variety of situations for both myself and the clients I have referred to her.
