Born in Paris, France, Ms. Hart immigrated to the United States when she was 11 years old. Having gone through the immigration process herself, Attorney Hart understands the plight of the immigrant.

The worst consultation
I called Evelyne for a consultation. I told Evelyne I need a help with the deportation defense. She replied she won't do it because then she has to wake up at 6 am in the morning to go to the court with me and she also told me she would charge 25 000 $for that. It was the most ridiculous consulta...

Replied last August 13, 2019I regularly wake up at 6am to represent clients in removal proceedings in Los Angeles. No, I do not charge $25,000.00 for one appearance. I told this caller that I did not want to accept her case and her money because there was little chance of success.
