Charlotte Chai

Charlotte Chai/Norby, although somewhat competent, is very discourteous and works mainly for her self-interest rather than the client. We were recommended by her from a specialist (June G. J. Zhao) at a clinic in Westminster, CA that dealt with automobile accident injuries. She communicated with us t...hrough phone. She is impatient and easily frustrated when asked for clarification/explanation. Don't expect her to go above & beyond in service-she does the bare minimum and that is already saying a lot. She made us collect the necessary documents (e.g. police report, repair quote) and barely represented us when contacting the other parties' insurance companies. We had to speak with the other parties' insurance agents directly as well as with the auto shop that handled our repairs and claims. The claim was finally settled a year after the accident. It's understandable that these matters take a long time, but having to work with this lawyer as opposed to her working for/with us made dealing with the accident a very negative experience.

Ms Chai handled my insurance claims which were summarily rejected by 2 insurance companies including my own insurance company, which I had substantial personal and business insurance with them. With her efforts, all the claims were made. She is very honest and capable. I highly recommend her serv...ices without any reservation.
