Arthur John Lacilento

I hired Mr La Cilento over a year ago. Mr. La Cilento and Sue are dedicated to their clients. They actually care unlike most attorneys that are in the business for the alimighty dollar. Right away I knew I hired the right attorney. Mr. Lacilento fights for justice and he knows the law. He is very str...ategic and knows exactly what needs to be done. He truly looks out for his clients every step of the way. He is unbelievable in trial and uncovers what needs to be exposed. If you want an attorney that will fight for your rights and your child this is the attorney. I learned to sit back and follow Mr. Lacilento and Sue's directions. I highly recommend Mr Lacilento he is an expert in this corrupt system. I will not allow anyone else to touch my case. I have had other attorneys and Mr. La Cilento has had to pick up the pieces. I was referred to Art by my daughter last year. At first I thought, this man doesnt listen to me, he's mean, he's tuff, and not the one that I will get along with. We had our differences but at the end of the day, Mr. Arthur has been on my side from the beginning. He has fought day end, day out to ge...t me the justice I needed. We went to trial and believe me when I say, Art was OUTSTANDING!!! He caught the other party in so much dishonesty, shamfulness, and other things that I believe woudn't have happened without him. He fought to the very end to get me joint custody of my grandkids. He wasn't a push over, and he spoke up each time they tried to down play the love I have for my grandkids. I had been previously divorced and had been taken to the cleaners. I was unaware of how bad I had been taken advantage of by my first attorney and my ex until I hired Mr. LaCilento. He came in, cleaned up the mess, and went to work changing the custody agreement and deficiencies in child support. Thi...s ultimately extended and increased my child support payments. He also went after arrears which was to my benefit. He and his wife make a great team. They went to bat for me, educated me on the law, and utilized doctors reports and past history to obtain child support for my adult special needs child. At times I felt discouraged and defeated, but Mr. LaCilento assured me this was a stepping stone and would benefit me in the long run. It took 2 years, but he was right. He was fair on the price for his services and worked with me on payments. I am eternally grateful to him and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a divorce or family law attorney.

Art LaCilento is a great advocate for his clients. He will fight for what is right and he will also be honest and let the client know what can't be done. He is a good Christian man who lives by Biblical principles to fight for what is best for his client. My ex made outrageous demands in the settle...ment and Art said, "... I will be committing legal malfeasance if I were to let you agree to this." I negated the demands, and 2 weeks later we had a settlement that best benefited the child and me. A client cannot ask for a better advocate nor have a better fighter for what is right.

I spent more money trying to get Art to fight my case than I spent on him fighting my case. All i tried to get him to do was refute the made up facts all he wanted to do was get more court dates he would claim he did some good then CPS would do otherwise. Nothing he did helped me or my kids at all. ...After I fired him two court dates later I had my kids back after the Judge got to hear my side. When he claim he know how they work because he worked As county CPS attorney remember he was the one who has taken other peoples kids he supported their lies and still does.
