My case was a work place retaliation situation. I found myself out of work after 19 years with my company and I needed a good attorney. Robby was recommended to me by a friend who is an attorney who represents employers. He told me that he had run up against Robby before and Robby gave him the rou...ghest time in court. So, I met with Robby and it was decided rather quickly that I had a valid case. During our many meetings, depositions, court hearings and eventual trial, Robby was always prepared and had me prepared as well to meet the many difficult situations that we had to overcome to finally win our case. My case took over 4 years to settle and during that time Robby was always professional in his conduct and treated my case with the utmost urgency. I can't remember any time when Robby didn't keep me informed on developments. He was always responsive to my phone calls and questions, and was very knowledgeable about my particular type of case and the hurtles we would have to overcome to win the case. I placed a lot of trust in Robby as the outcome of this case was of great importance to me and my family. When all is said and done I would most definitely give Robby my recommendation. He is a honorable man and to this day we are still friends.

I found Robby, in working with me to be very hardworking, very detail oriented. My case took about 3 years to wind its way through the California Court system. He was dedicated to my case and responded promptly with my questions and inquires. I noted his dealings with other attorneys was respect...ful. I noted, that even though he was a knowledgeable lawyer he still continued to improve his craft. He has also helped my daughter in her legal entanglements. Our relationship started some 22 years ago and we have remained friends. He is far more intelligent than other Liberals I have known. He had an exceptional career as a Marine Officer. Lastly , his Pro Bono work was generous My last observation is that he has been an excellent father and an exceptional family man. He brought my case to a successful end and I am very thankful for that.
