Kristine is an excellent bankruptcy attorney! My wife and I first consulted with her around June of 2010. She was very courteous, very professional, and very UPFRONT about her fees, as well as fee schedule. She discussed all of our options as well as recommended a course of action based of the inform...ation we gave her.Our first consultation was free. We then proceeded to "shop around" for other BK attorneys in the OC area. After consulting with about 2 other attorneys, my wife and I chose Kristine with no hesitation. And I'm sure glad we did! Not only was she able to convince the Trustee to modify our plan for the first 24 months (to make it more affordable), but she actually came up with a better solution 8 months after our hearing to completely discharge all our debts after a financial hardship hit our family. If you are looking for legal advice and/or representation on bankruptcy issues, I recommend her highly. I advise everyone who is thinking of filing bankruptcy to do a couple of things: 1) Do a lot of research. 2) Be prepared! Be truthful! I had met with three other bankruptcy attorneys before finding Kristine and what a breath of fresh air she turned out to be! Every other law firm had me meeting with support staff and sales people for most of the consultation and I was limited to just a few minutes with the actual attorney. At the ...consultation with Kristine, she spent over an hour with me going through my different options and discussing possibilities for getting rid of my second mortgage that none of the other offices even mentioned.
