This is now 2 for 2 in Catherine getting me a maximum policy settlement! Not only that, but she managed to negotiate my two medical liens against my settlement down to laughably small amounts! I mean we literally shared a laugh when she showed me what my insurance ended up accepting for my emergency ...room visit. My first experience with Catherine was truly wonderful. In fact I believe I wrote a review on here years ago. That was a case wherein I was t-boned by a drunk driver. Pretty cut and dry but she was compassionate and fair not frivolous and just very human and great to deal with. Getting me the maximum did not hurt either. This time I was hit in the crosswalk and my leg and bicycle run over by somebody making a right turn with the glare of sunshine in their eyes and I was actually found at fault in the police report. A much murkier situation. It was looking truly like the suit was pointless because there was no way we would win. I was prepared to just give up and not file. Catherine called and talked to me about how unfair it would be to get run over in a sidewalk with the right of way and not even give myself the chance for justice. I went ahead figuring "What can it hurt?" Well, thank God she made that call! I will truly be forever grateful to Catherine for how she handled this one. I really cannot give a more confident referral for an accident attorney.
