I am a partner at Aitken * Aitken * Cohn in Santa Ana, California, where I practice in the areas of insurance bad faith, personal injury, product liability and commercial torts. I am an officer of many professional organizations, and have given numerous seminars on various trial related topics, and have been published in several professional journals such as The Forum and The Advocate. I am AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. I also have been named a Southern California Super Lawyer and one of the 500 legal "New Stars" by Lawdragon Magazine. I was named the OCTLA "Top Gun–Personal Injury Lawyer Of The Year" in 2008.
