The opposing litigant was forced to refute many items her attorney had included in his filing because Lukehart’s questioning zeroed in on inconsistencies between what the opposing litigant said and the evidence her office had subpoenaed. During the deposition, Lukehart's questioning cadence never broke. One question followed another question quickly for more than six hours. The opposing litigant didn’t have the luxury of time between questions to nuance answers. My case was handled in the most expeditious, competent, and friendly manner.
