He earned his JD from the University of Utah, where he served as president of the student body and was a finalist for the American Bar Association's President of the Year honor. He has served as prosecutor and defense counsel.

Non-Responsive and Slow: My Experience
Is non-responsive, and the staff are extremely slow at working cases, if they work on them at all.

Replied last August 01, 2019We have helped over 25,000 clients and always strive to provide excellent quality service at a low price. We can truly say that we are in the business of clearing criminal records because we are passionate about social justice and helping people reenter society. So, obviously, we are disappointed to not be able to add you to our list of happy clients. As we have said before over the phone and through email, we firmly disagree with what you believe occurred on your case. You refused to talk to any supervisors from our office and repeatedly hung up the phone on my staff. For your privacy, I will not get into the specific details of your case here. Unfortunately, because of your borderline harassing behavior, we had to terminate our relationship with you as a client. It was simply impossible to proceed working on your case. We almost never have to take such an extreme step but we believe your correspondence with our staff members fell outside of the limits of acceptable behavior and we realized that we could not have a working relationship with you based on communication and trust. We are also surprised that you feel upset even after we issued you a full refund for the entire $595 that you paid. Per your contract, we were entitled to keep a portion of what was paid for the work we completed but we chose not to simply because we knew you were unhappy. We have a "client first" mentality and, even though you refused to talk to us or cooperate with us, we always do what we can to best serve our customers. We genuinely hope the best for you and hope that you obtain what you are looking for.

Terrible Experience
I have been waiting over 3 years to get my situation resolved. They dropped the ball the first time around, lost my file, made excuses and now I can't even get a response. I feel like they took my money and just blew me off.
