I would recommend

Cynthia was extremely helpful in my child custody case. She helped me win the results that I wanted for me and my child. She was professional and kept me informed.

Cynthia was exactly what my case needed.

I can state this title decisively as the end result of my case was better than I had ever imagined. This young woman worked with Ms Natasa Buchanan, also of Higbee & Associates, on a civil case involving my former employer. It was a very confusing time for me in life and I had many questions. I feek ...very lucky that I had counsel like Cynthia that answered each of my calls and explained each turn to me in detail. I had never been involved in any situation similar to this so I had MANY questions!! Cynthia always had the answer and never left me waiting. I was also very impressed by her knowledge of the legal system at such an early time in her career. She constantly had case laws to refer to and ideas of substance to offer to my case. Her diligent and direct efforts secured the finalities of my case. Also to her credit, she was always honest, smiling and positive. I imagined the world of civil litigation to be dismal, at best, and Cynthia proved me otherwise. She was always offering positive insight and effective advice. In summary, I would highly reccomend this lawyer to anyone in search of an honest, hard working, punctual, honorable, positive and effective counsel to represent them. Litigations are tricky because it is always a situation that will heavily direct our lives as people. I would not trust my life with many people but I did HAVE to trust in this case. I made the right choice when I chose Cynthia.
