Jerry Raymond Schaffer

Beware - Do your Due Diligence before your deal with Mr. Schaffer like I should have before hand. I had a simple matter on needed paperwork supplied to the court with me being out of county. HE NEVER DID IT (which I later found was simple to do) , and this was after having me meet him at the wrong co...urthouse, getting dates confused at another and as I feel not being in his clients best interest. Makes you think if leaving the DA's Office was an option?

Jerry represented my young adult son at a critical time of his life. Jerry took over from the public defender and immediately changed the direction of my son's case. My son's future would likely have been devastated had he stayed with the P.D. I found Jerry to be very well respected among his peer...s, including prosecutors who are on the other side of his cases. Jerry also seems to really respect the process and the people involved and, as a result, the players express their admiration for Jerry.
