I didnt want to write this but i paid this man 5k he didnt do nothing for me not even go to court (because d.a rejected my case from the jump i never even went to court) my case was thrown out before i even paid him all the money ,Jerry told me that i have to keep paying because the police keep tryi...ng to press charges on me even tho the d.a threw the case out two times (he said the police tried to press charges two times )i was innocent and the d.a knew it my lawyer jerry acted like he was gonna get my case dismissed and get everything off my record as long as i pay in full even promised to me so i went and paid it in full never heard back from him again . I reached out a few times no reply he never left his office for my case period but got 5k smh i wouldn't recommend

Beware - Do your Due Diligence before your deal with Mr. Schaffer like I should have before hand. I had a simple matter on needed paperwork supplied to the court with me being out of county. HE NEVER DID IT (which I later found was simple to do) , and this was after having me meet him at the wrong co...urthouse, getting dates confused at another and as I feel not being in his clients best interest. Makes you think if leaving the DA's Office was an option?
