Going to bat for the client!

It’s been just over a year since my case was taken by the firm. So far so good. I don’t know how long these things take but I’m told they can drag on. That’s the hardest part. As far as Dennis’s team, they have been very attentive to my case. LETTY has gone above and beyond for me, keeping the “in...evitable” delays at bay. She truly went to bat on the transition of my SSDI claim to a WCD claim reaching out personally to get the wheels turning again. I can’t thank you enough Letty!

Dennis took over my case after another firm screwed it up. He told me not to worry and he would take care of it. I just closed out my case and can't say enough about what a great team he has! Don't hesitate to use them, they are the BEST!

Best WC attorney around!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. He's helped me twice in the past ten years. In my first case, I tried several other attorneys before I found Mr. Descanio, No one would fight for me, except him. I can't thank him enough for that. On my other case, Jonathan was exceptional. Very informativ...e and stood up to the defense and insurance companies without hesitation. Mariella put up with me on the phone all the time. She's a sweet heart. She always returned calls, and reminded of various appointments with doctors, qme's and court dates. Thank you to all of you! I highly recommend this law firm.

Social Security Lawyer

I searched all over California for someone to take my case. Only a few people were remotely interested in the case. Not only did Dascanio Law take my case, they tracked back to when my son became 18 years old and won the case. We are very satisfied and happy with the outcome. My son has more stabilit...y now and much more hope in his life.
