Best WC attorney around!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. He's helped me twice in the past ten years. In my first case, I tried several other attorneys before I found Mr. Descanio, No one would fight for me, except him. I can't thank him enough for that. On my other case, Jonathan was exceptional. Very informativ...e and stood up to the defense and insurance companies without hesitation. Mariella put up with me on the phone all the time. She's a sweet heart. She always returned calls, and reminded of various appointments with doctors, qme's and court dates. Thank you to all of you! I highly recommend this law firm.

Great lawyers

I give this office a five star review. I am a client who was referred to Mr. Dascansio by my brother Juan. He settled his case with Pamela Cabos and he was very happy with the results. He went from a denied case to a great settlement. I met Mr. Dascansio and he took my case. After my case was den...ied, Pamela fought for me and got me the money I needed while I couldn't work. I am in treatment and so far very thankful with this office, especially Ms. Pamela.

Knowledgeable and friendly attorney

Law Offices of Dennis Dascanio was very helpful in getting me my needed medical care and the money I lost from being out of work. I am now back to work and I want to thank Mr. Dascanio and is great staff. Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding my case. Thanks!

Stupid Hearing Reps Representing You

Mr. Dascanio has so many clients that he runs a "mill." Forget about winning your case. He sells out to the insurance company and tries to settle for as little as possible. And he sends you to ridiculously inept doctors--that get the facts wrong. The one he sent me to was 90+ years old and he never... ordered an updated MRI from my injury in 2009--stating that patients don't get worse, they only get better. Yeah, maybe in Neverland.
