Dennis Adrian Dascanio

Avoid this guy. From my perspective: did nothing more than go through the motions, file necessary paperwork, does minimal work, lets the insurance company run the show, and collects on whatever settlement is reached. Not at all responsive to my requests and thoughts on how to proceed with the cas...e. Every time I wanted to discuss case (which his office made difficult), had to wait so (my best guess) they could review my paperwork and even then showed little to no specific knowledge of the particulars of my case. Communication was terrible, with my frequently learning of developments from the insurance company's attorneys after choices had been made. There's lots of other Workers Comp attorneys and I suspect all of them are better.

I have used Mr. Dascanio services in a industrail injury matter, and the result were better then expected. Not just in the settlement, (money) but in getting my life back on track and into the work force. Mr. Dascanio went beyond what other attorneys do and explained in simple terms all aspects of wo...rkers' compensation. He had my best interest in mind, not just how much money was at stake, but how I could get better. And I do belive that becasue of his representation that I was able to get back into the work force much faster and recived my settlement offer and medical care without much time being lost.
